Breaking Bad (All Good)

We are happily through security and in flight. Approximately two hours over the Atlantic.  Mabret happily watching Grown-Ups 2 while Roman plays his beloved Minecraft.   Kathy is watching a "stupid movie."  I am on episode 2 of the first season of Breaking Bad.  Kathy has been telling me for months to watch this show.  I have been giving her the usual "I am too busy and don't have time to get hooked by a show."   There is something so good about escaping the everyday routine.  Even the first hours on the plane feel like an escape.  This show is incredibly creative and funny.  For those of you who have not watched it yet, find the pilot and start from there. I am on episode 2 and cannot recall being this hooked since the first time that I watched the Sopranos.  Now on our plane to Cape Town. Made it through 5 episodes of Breaking Bad.  Hank, the brother-in-law who is a DEA Agent, is my new favorite TV character.  

The boys did an outstanding job on leg one of the journey.  It is almost 9pm in London. We take off for Cape Town in approximately 15 minutes. 

Before we left Newark my sweetheart had already abandoned her backpack.

Funny Moment

  Kathy has many wonderful qualities many of which allowed her to plan this trip and keep us organized and on task.  However, Roman's question as we left the hotel room this morning will inform you that all of my shirts go to the dry cleaner.

Roman: "Why is there a stretcher in this hotel room?"
